CLAIM REJECTION
The sales representative really dropped the ball. She informed me that I required liability coverage for a car financed through a dealership and assured me that my gap insurance would take care of anything else. They turned down my claim, saying I opted out of coverage that I was led to believe was unnecessary. Now I'm stuck with a vehicle that's 48,700 in debt that went up in flames because they sold me the wrong coverage and are now blaming me for not taking coverage they claimed I didn’t need. We're in the process of finding a lawyer to take legal action.
